Detailed Information:

Men’s and Women’s Doubles will be held on Saturday, September 6th
Mixed Doubles will be held on Sunday, September 7th
Your Team’s Spot is Not Fully Reserved until your are Registered and Fully Paid
Check the Current Registrations below to verify your Team’s status (Updated every day or two)
If a group fills up, we will have a waitlist of teams which will be used if other groups do not fill up and we can add capacity
Join us for Exciting play, Raffle baskets, Food, Merchandise and a Vendor Pavilion at May Nissen Park in Livermore, CA
Play Format: Round Robin with playoffs for top rated teams (based on wins then points)
Matches will vary in length (to 11, to 15, or 2 of 3) depending on the number of teams in each group / pool
All matches are self-refereed and friendly calls encouraged
Bring lots of water, sunglasses, a chair, a hat and or shade, and sunscreen, as all games will be played outdoors
Registration and Payment Deadline: Friday, August 29th, 11:59 PM (Pacific Time)
Refund Policy:
- Cancellations are subject to a $10 administrative fee
- After July 20th, there is an additional $15 late cancellation fee
- No Refunds for Cancellations after Friday, August 8th, 11:59 PM (Pacific Time)
