Open to Active Club Members Only
You May Sign Up as a Team or as an Individual – If you sign up as an individual, we will do our best to find you a partner
Dates: Men’s & Women’s Doubles – Saturday Oct 18th – No age groups for Saturday due to limited courts
Dates: Mixed Doubles – Sunday Oct 19th – Only Mixed Doubles will have an Age Group of Under 55 and 55 Plus
Format: Round Robin Pool Play – Playoffs: Top 4 Teams of each bracket go to playoffs
Location: May Nissen Park in Livermore, CA
Event Times and Bracket Information will be Provided After Registration Closes
Cost: First Event $25 per Person, Second Event $25 per Person – Membership Level Discounts Apply for Gold and Silver Members – No Cost for Platinum Members – Please indicate All Players in Payment comments
Skill Level Groupings and Group Sizes: Defined below in the Current Registrations – If a Skill Level Group is not fully Rostered at close of registration, other Skill Level Groups may be expanded with teams from the Waitlist
Deadline for Refunds: Wednesday, October 16th at Midnight
Deadline for Registration and Payment: Saturday, Oct 19th at Midnight
Your Team will NOT be fully Rostered until you are registered and BOTH team members have Fully Paid – Check the Current Registrations (below) for your team’s status
If you and your partner are in different skill groups, you must register your team in the higher skill group
If you and your mixed partner are in different age groups, you must register your team in the younger age group
Costume Contest
– The Team with the Best Costume each day will receive a $50 ($25 each person) credit towards TVPC In-Stock Merchandise
